Asked: Are these good supplements for weight loss?

Hey guys, i talked to my co-worker (Pharmacist) about Weight loss pills. The kind for metabolic rate stuff and he says he does believe in those, but not weight loss supplements. I am in a weights class(very active), somewhat stay active in cardio. I am not “fat” but chubby and have a soft look to me. I have been seeing progress alone from the weights class and healthy eating habits. I recently astarted taking L-Arginine, and B-12 quick dissovling super potency sublingual. Will i be expecting to see more drastic results? Are healthy? Will they work to a degree? Thank you everyone!

-Matt.

Won’t make much of a difference unless you’re looking to use those pharmacy prescribed weight loss pills. Those really work but are expensive. I’ve heard the latest ones can even bond with fat and make it indigestible by the body. Amazing stuff….Now all they need to do is to make one that turns carbs into fiber!

It is not necessary to speed up the process of losing weight so as not to harm health.

Weight loss pills are useless. What she needs is to learn healthy lifestyle habits, such as proper nutrition and the right kind of exercise to help her with metabolism. Please review the link below with her as there is lots of info specific to teens. Good Luck.

Dear Ashley,I suggest you put her on a healthy diet. Try to get involved in a sport and try to eat less. Avoid junk food. Try Welch’s fruit snacks if she craves junk food. They are really good.Good Luck
