I have been eating healthy and exercising a lot… but it just seems to not be working :/

Don’t skip meal, eating small meals instead
It’s extremely simple, yet you probably won’t do it:You have to BURN more calories than you EAT every day.
Count your calories eaten. Count your calories burned. Make sure the second number is higher on average.
Every ‘diet’ is a scam if you don’t do this basic thing.
Stick with it dropping weight is not an Overnight deal! Make sure your eating less carbs and sugars. 40 or less carbs a meal. And I’d say 30 minutes on the stair master or treadmill at a moderate pace should be good you should be able to hold a conversation with someone. Hope I helped!
You can start 5 meals a day in small portions to possibly speed your metabolism up a bit. Make sure you are being honest with your self about exercising properly.(hr workouts, no long breaks) Are you doing enough cardio…it will be your main focus, but do not ignore regular resistance training. Patience…if you stick to eating healthy and exercising daily…you will meet your goals
burn off more calories than you take in.
