I’ve made a short initial demo screen capture video using Camtasia and uploaded the file to my server.
I reduced the automatically produced FirstFrame png image to 250 pixels instead of their standard size to make it more appropriate (for me anyway) as a thumbnail.

Can CamStudio AVI be displayed direct from WordPress by using an html file and displayed in FLV format, using FlowPlayer and without losing the quality by having to convert and re-convert format to format via Windows Movie Maker? AND it be done for FREE?
